In his 30 years of experience, Mr. Kells has focused on developing contemporary and customized designs that respond to the unique cultural and environmental context of the American Southwest. In addition to being involved in a wide variety of projects in both the public and private sectors, he has an extensive background in historic preservation, and has prepared plans for the stabilization, maintenance and preservation of historic structures of adobe, masonry and wood construction. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.
